3Account Registration & Security

Registering on jitben is completely free and straightforward. You will need to provide your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth on the registration form. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account termination.

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• The account holder is responsible for any unauthorised use of their account.
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Jitben will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. If you receive any such call or message, please report it to us immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and a maximum single-transaction limit applies as per the applicable terms.

• Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID along with a selfie.

Jitben does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with jitben's applicable policy.

• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in your account.
